1. General
Polly’s Natural Nibbles (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells natural and not 100% natural dog treats via our online shop and subscription service (Wag Bags). As well as some cat products and toys etc. These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers.
2. Orders and Subscriptions

Wag Bag subscriptions are recurring and will be delivered monthly until you cancel.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
3. Substitutions

Occasionally, a product in your Wag Bag may be out of stock.

In this case, we reserve the right to substitute the product with another of equal or greater value that is similar in type or purpose.

Substitutions will be made at our discretion and aim to keep your dog’s treat experience varied and enjoyable.
4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through Wix.

You agree to pay all charges for your subscription or one-off purchases in full.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you will be notified in advance for subscription changes.
5. Delivery

Wag Bags are delivered via postal service or our chosen courier service and based on weight.

All shop products are delivered via postal service or our chosen courier service and based on weight.

Delivery times may vary; we aim to dispatch your subscription or order within 2 days and you should receive it within 5 days. However there may be delays due to the postal or courier service. There also may me a delay due to holidays or availability of products which will mean a longer processing time. If this is the case we will inform you of this at the time of ordering.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (perishable dog treats), we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Generally there are no refund due to the nature of our products. Refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.
7. Allergies & Health

While the majority of our treats are allergy-aware and carefully selected, you are responsible for checking ingredients for your dog’s specific allergies or sensitivities.

We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by your dog consuming our products.
