FAQ's

1. How often will my Wag Bag be delivered?

​Wag Bag subscriptions are delivered once a month. Prepared within 2 days and sent. Postage normally takes 2 further days. So 4 to 5 days after order it should arrive in UK. No international postage is available at this time.

 

​​2. How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders over £50. All other orders and Wag Bags are subject to delivery charges. Cost of delivery is based on weight.​

​0 - 2kg - £3.50

2 - 5kg - £4.50

5 - 15kg - £5.50

15kg + - £10.50

Monthly Wag Bag subscriptions are all under 2kg and therefore delivery is set at £3.50.

We can deliver personally within a 2 mile radius for £2.50 or free for orders over £45.00

3. Do you deliver outside the UK?

​Unfortunately, not at this time

 

​​4. What happens if I’m not home when my bag is delivered?

​The courier will leave it in a safe place or retain it until you are home. (Like amazon or Rotal Mail)

​5. Can I choose what goes in my bag?

​We have tried to provide a wide variety of treats to cover all needs. But if a specific requirement is requested upon ordering. Changes can be made, although prices may vary.

​6. How are the treats sourced?

​We endeavour to source all our treats ethically and responsibly from known and registered suppliers. Most treats are from the UK, but some more exotic items are sourced from further afield. All treats are passed by our doggy testers before being offered to customers.

7. Are the treats 100% natural?

​All animal products are 100% natural. Some are dried or freeze dried, and a few are processed into sausages, pate, etc. Some other products like the  vegetarian range and some toys are not 100% natural. Each product contains as many details as possible about the ingredients. 

8. What if my dog has allergies or sensitivities?

​We pride ourselves on offering something for every pet. Especially those with sensitive tummy's or skins. From the experience we have gained from our own Fudge, we offer a hypoallergenic monthly subscription bag and various other products to help our more sensitive pooches.

9. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

​Yes, of course. We understand things change and if there is anything we can do to assist or make things easier for you. Please do ask. Our primary driver is to ensure our fury friends have the happy life they all deserve.

10. When will I be charged for my subscription?

​Your first payment will be when you initially order and every month after that. This payment is taken automatically through our website and will continue until you cancel your subscription. ​

11. Do you cater for puppies or senior dogs?

​Yes. We have a wide variety of products for our younger and more senior friends. We can put together a subscription bag to suit your pooch.

 

​​12. Are the treats suitable for all breeds and sizes?

​Yes. Our treats are suitable for all dogs over 4 months. We can offer some treats for the younger puppy. However. We would always adviser that treats are bought to suit the size and age of your dog. In addition. It is best to never leave your dog alone with a large or awkward treat.

​13. How is my bag packaged – is it eco-friendly?

​Each bag is packed by hand under the supervision of our chief Master Spud. The bags we use are plastic to ensure freshness but are recyclable.

​14. Can I send a Wag Bag as a gift?

​Yes. When you order please advise us of the recipient in the comments section and we will ensure it arrives at the intended destination. In addition, you may want to purchase a gift voucher which we can send to the friend of your choice via email.

15. What if my dog doesn’t like a certain treat?

​Every dog is different, and on occasion, a dog may dislike or 'go off' a treat. If this happens please tell us and we will endeavour to  swap it for something different in your next order.

16. Are the treats tested for safety?

​All our treats are tested by our own testing team (our dogs), but we advise that you purchase treats suited to your dogs age and size and it is best practice to never leave a dog alone with a natural treat.

​17. How do I update my address or payment details?

​Log into your Polly Account and update your personal details.

18. Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?

​​Our monthly subscriptions are already heavily discounted. Although we may, from time to time, offer special deals or 'grab it now' offers.

19. How quickly will I receive my first bag?

​We will always endeavour to prepare your order within 2 days and have it with you within 5 days. However, due to holidays or availability, there may be a longer processing time. We will inform you of this at the time of your order.

​20. What if something is wrong with my order?

​If you find there is an issue with your order. Please inform us immediately so we can endeavour to rectify the issue.​​
